Day 1 | Arrival in Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall with a name board showing your name. Your hotel is located close to the V&A Waterfront which offers many shops, restaurants, entertainment and attractions. There is a complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests to the Waterfront. Day 2 | Half Day Cape Town City Tour & Table Mountain
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Half Day Cape Town City Orientation Tour to learn about Cape Town’s rich history and vibrant cultures. The day starts with a cableway trip to the top of one of the World’s Natural Wonders – Table Mountain, also the city’s most iconic and recognisable landmark. Explore the walking trails at the top and take in the many different views point across the City Bowl, Table Bay, Atlantic Seaboard and Peninsula. From Table Mountain your guide will take you back down into the city to visit the colourful Bo Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter), enjoy a walk through the Company Gardens and Greenmarket Square and an orientation drive taking in some of the important historical buildings (for example the Castle of Good Hope – South Africa’s oldest building), streets and features.

Day 3 | Full day Cape Peninsula Tour
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Full Day Cape Peninsula Tour. Day 4 | Full day Cape Winelands Tour
You will be met by your guide in your hotel reception area and taken on a Full Day Cape Winelands Tour. Day 6 | Transfer to Cape Town International Airport for flight to Hoedsprui
This morning take in the last of the seaviews at breakfast at your hotel before your transfer to Cape Town International Airport - it's now time for safari! Fly to Hoedspruit Airport where you will be met and transferred (a short 15 minute drive) to your lodge on the Moditlo Private Game Reserve.
Pronounced ‘mo-di-tlo’, the name comes from the herds of majestic elephants that roam the whopping 36,000 acres of African bushveld that make up the reserve. Set within the Blue Canyon Conservancy at the foot of the famous Drakensberg mountain range, Moditlo is near the Greater Kruger National Park. Enjoy a light, late lunch and check into your room at the lodge before heading out on your first afternoon game drive. To go on safari is one of the greatest adventures one can experience outdoors and Moditlo's excellent team of nature guides and trackers will help you encounter the magic of the surrounds. Guides have been hand-picked for their vast knowledge of the area and its animals and will be more than happy to clarify, inform and discuss any topic at length.

Day 7 and 8 | Full days on safari at Moditlo Private Game Reserve
A typical day on safari includes an early wake up for the morning game drive, setting off at sunrise. Return to the lodge in time for breakfast. You can then choose to enjoy some relaxation time at the lodge, or join an optional activity. After lunch there's time for a siesta before the afternoon game drive departs.

Day 9 | Transfer to Hoedspruit Airport for your flight to Johannesburg
This monring enjoy your last morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge before your transfer back to Hoedpsruit Airport to board your flight to Johannesburg. On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel in the upmarket Sandton. The rest of the day is at your own leisure. Your hotel offers a shuttle service to Sandton City which offers a hig-end shopping experience and a wide variety of dining options at Nelson Mandela Square.

Day 10 | Full day Soweto and Apartheid Museum Tour
Discover the city center of Johannesburg; whose geometrical design and high skyscrapers irresistibly bring Manhattan Island to mind. Continue towards Soweto (Johannesburg’s South Western Township) a symbol of the fight for freedom. Finally, we visit the Apartheid Museum dedicated to recounting the history of the rise and fall of Apartheid in 20th century.

Highlights:
▪ The Apartheid Museum opened in 2001. The Museum, the first of its kind, illustrates the rise and fall of apartheid. The museum is a superb example of design, space and landscape offering the international community a unique South African experience.
▪ Mandela House is the house where Nelson Mandela lived until he was forced underground in 1961. It is located on the corner of Vilakazi and Ngakane Street. He moved there in 1946. In 1999 it was declared a National Heritage Site.
▪ The Hector Pieterson Memorial, situated in Soweto, commemorates the role of the country’s students in the struggle against apartheid. The commemorative site is just a few blocks from where 12-year-old Hector Pieterson was shot in 1976.
▪ Freedom Square - On 26 June 1955 the Congress of the people, consisting of people of all races, met on the Freedom Square to draw up the Freedom Charter. The Freedom Charter calls for democracy and human rights, equality of race and language, land reform, labour rights, and nationalization.
▪ Johannesburg City Orientation - Johannesburg is the largest city in South Africa, by population and is also known as Jozi or Joburg. There are plenty of historic sites in Joburg to visit and learn about.
