Indulge in the finest prime cut meats and crustaceans that the world has to offer. A must try on any visit to Shio are our signature smoked cocktails and extensive refined wines. Located in a secluded part of the island escape on a culinary journey with your own personal chef for the evening. Reservations are required minimum 24 hours in advance.
