The lone downstairs bedroom is a queen master, with a wall-mounted smart tv and extra seating. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker and side by side fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser. The kitchen has bar seating for two and opens up to the open living and dining areas. Sit back and enjoy your favourite show or movie on the large sectional sofa and large wall-mounted smart tv. Guests will also be able to read or plan out vacations in the small workstation in their living room. Soak up some sun or take a dip in your private pool! Guests can enjoy lounging in one of the four lounge chairs or eat a meal at the outdoor dining set for six. With three out of four bedrooms on the second floor, most guests will be tucking in upstairs for the night. Bedroom two is a queen bedroom, located at the front of the home. The bedroom has an extra chair for seating and wall mounted smart tv.Bedroom four is great for the little ones and has two full beds and wall mounted tv for added comfort. Bedroom number four is a king master, located in the back of the home. This room has a wall-mounted smart tv, extra chair and bench. The second floor also has a front balcony overlooking the large fountain pond. The balcony has a living area with a sofa, two chairs, and a table, as well as an extra bench.
